Our values inform our practical coaching approach

Our coaching approach is guided by integrity, honesty, fairness, respect, authenticity and strong client relationships.

Our Company Story

BizCoaching forms part of Esterhuizen Coaching and Consulting, a South African consulting and coaching practice established in 2007.

The broader practice was founded by Elna Esterhuizen, with a strong foundation in industrial psychology, assessments, coaching and organisational development.

In 2016, Daniel Esterhuizen joined the business, bringing extensive consulting, senior management, engineering, strategy execution and business improvement experience. The combination of psychology, business coaching and systems thinking shaped the practical BizCoaching approach used today.

BizCoaching was developed to support entrepreneurs and business owners who need more than motivation. They need structure, systems, accountability and a clear shift from working in the business to building the business.
